02What this policy covers

This policy applies to the personal data we receive through our LinkedIn lead form and to any follow-up communication about the free LLM audit you requested. The form itself is hosted by LinkedIn. LinkedIn's own handling of your data is governed by the LinkedIn Privacy Policy.

03What we collect

When you submit the form, we receive the following information. Some fields are entered by you, and others are filled in automatically by LinkedIn from your profile:

• Email address
• Company website
• First name
• Last name
• Job title
• Company name
• Company size
• Industry

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data, and we ask that you do not include any in free-text responses.

04How we collect it

We collect this data when you choose to submit the LinkedIn lead form. LinkedIn passes the information you submit to us as a lead. We may also receive data directly from you if you reply to our emails or contact us by other means.

05Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use your data to:

• run and deliver the free LLM audit you requested;
• contact you about the results and arrange any follow-up;
• tell you about related services that may be relevant to you.

Our legal bases are your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to your request and offering relevant services. You can withdraw consent or object at any time, as described under "Your rights".

06Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• LinkedIn, as the provider of the lead form through which you contacted us;
• service providers that help us operate, such as our email and hosting providers, who process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.

We may also disclose data where we are required to do so by law.

07International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside Serbia or the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we take steps to ensure your data remains protected by appropriate safeguards.

08How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed to deliver the audit and manage our relationship with you, and after that only as long as necessary for legitimate business or legal reasons. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, to request portability, and to withdraw consent. If we contact you about our services, every message will include a simple way to opt out. You can also ask us to stop at any time by emailing us.
